TASKS

  • Dive into the world of the client. Gain a deep understanding of their business needs, as well as their brand, product, and markets.
  • Advise and inspire clients on a strategic level. Often at C-level management. Coach them by actively evaluating their requests. Translate their needs into tailored solutions by KISKA.
  • Manage process of project set-up. Ensure strategic and creative teams are briefed correctly and working to pre-defined targets in order to deliver outstanding solutions. Monitor projects with special awareness of risk factors and mediate any conflicts.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Strategic Product Management team. Manage all relevant stakeholders.

SKILLS

  • Several years of professional experience in account management, consulting, or similar role in the sporting goods industry.
  • Experience in product management or product development a plus.
  • Passion for the business of product or apparel design. Strong interest in new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German. Talent for managing expectations.

The Austrian government requires us to state the MINIMUM salary for every position. In this case it is €42,000 gross per year. Since we always tailor salary packages to market rates, your experience and your education, please don’t take that number too seriously!
