DesignTalent is working with a leading global design and manufacturer to help them find Senior Design Researchers for their offices in London as well as India.
We are looking for a researcher who can understand customer behaviour and how it is affected by the changing culture in society. Having an understanding of how user insight and analysis informs design work is essential in defining projects.
You will be defining research methods, conducting interviews and be presenting insights to team members. You will be leading complex design research projects from scoping, implementation to insight generation, and will be the voice of the consumer within the team.
You need to be able to understand the consumer landscape and future trends, whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity. You will be a keen observer and strategic thinker, managing and developing design research methods, recognising how research can influence innovation.
You will have experience building relationships with users and stakeholders, and will be an effective communicator.
Your background will cover consumer and design research, market research, consumer psychology, anthropology, semiotics or ethnographic research.
This company designs and delivers creative solutions for different environments with an appreciation of material quality and detailing.
