The Opportunity

Core Responsibilities

  • User-Centered mindset & passionate about crafting phenomenal employee experiences;
  • Able to follow a methodical user centered approach to create new innovative concept;
  • Explore hypothesis, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, competitor analysis, and user testing;
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users;
  • Build storyboards, concepts, and prototypes to present and validate ideas;
  • Work alongside product management to prioritize experiences for our users and collaborate with engineering to define and deliver the essential lovable products for our new packing area in production;
  • Work with developers to ensure your designs are feasible;
  • Present design work to the user experience team, product team for review and feedback.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will work together with the Product Manager and Engineers to define the future of packing for The LEGO Group. This product team will explore new innovative solutions and processes to use in production. You will understand and contribute to the design of the interaction between digital applications, physical tools and packing production processes. As a member of this agile product team your core role will be advocating for creating incredible experiences for future LEGO Group colleagues working in packing.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), Digital Product Design, or equivalent degree is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience with digital design;
  • Brave, willing to try new things, experiment, and fail;
  • Curious, energetic, and positive attitude;
  • Focused, self-starter with the ability to drive your work;
  • A true teammate with solid collaboration skills ad the ability to create relations across teams;
  • You can solve complex problems through design and turn fluffy ideas into concrete digital products;
  • Experience working on non-consumer facing products;
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar;
  • Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team, working directly with software engineers, product managers, researchers and users;
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations;
  • Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge;
  • Advanced English.
