In this role you will…

• Generate impressive new production bicycles, e-bikes, parts, and components and next-gen e-mobility concepts with your team.
• Receive, understand, and translate design briefings into outstanding proposals. From first sketch to final 3D model.
• Connect the dots between strategic product management, user needs, engineering, and communication.
• Lead your small, skilled team with openness and purpose. Mentor when necessary and steer the team towards ground-breaking results.
• Confidently verbalise your proposals in presentations and represent KISKA in external client meetings.

We are looking for…

• A bicycle expert with 8+ years’ experience in the industry. You’re familiar with designing production bikes from start to finish (ideally in various categories).
• You know what’s ‘hot’. You’re always on the pulse of new development / manufacturing processes and materials in various industries – like fashion, footwear, sporting goods, or automotive.
• Someone with a ‘point of view’ regarding the future of e-bikes. A design visionary who has an open eye for progressive design and can competently bring it to market.
• A natural leader who goes beyond to inspire their team and drive projects to success. Sociable, likable, and always reliable for a fresh opinion or concept.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
