Our expertise is based on Tim Storti‘s 22 years of co-ownership and the many years several team members spent at the former design studio PEARL CREATIVE. Together they developed many successful products for many international brands such as Brita, Kärcher, Bosch, Siemens, WMF, Moll, Alfi and many more, which won renowned design awards.

Many of these important brands will continue to receive reliable and exclusive support in the new STUDIO STORTI - supplemented by new clients from the kitchen technology, medical technology and tools sectors.

Now we are looking for you - a Senior Industrial Designer (m/f/d) to join our agile design team and shape the future together with us. If you - like us - love big challenges, while thinking positively and solution-oriented forward, you are exactly right with us.

Our new design studio in beautiful Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart offers ideal conditions for this - centrally located on the market square in the city center, with an appreciative corporate culture.  From day one, you have the freedom to contribute ideas and shape them into successful solutions together with our team.

How we envision your role:

• You are a heart and soul designer:in with at least 4 years of professional experience in industrial design, have an eye for detail, consistency and aesthetics at a high level and are looking for the next challenge.
• We always work into the future - for this you explore user experience, trends and social changes with a keen sense. You are curious and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new developments, manufacturing processes and materials and are open to change.
• From this, you efficiently and responsibly develop exciting new products and solutions as well as visions for progressive, sustainable future concepts. This for a wide variety of industries and brands - b2b and b2c.
• To bring concepts to reality, you master the design process from the idea sketch to the logically structured, detailed 3D model. You are characterized by an independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as a high level of implementation skills.
• Mood boards, sketches, color development, material exploration, ergonomics and innovative design are your passion.
• Smart and brand-typical digital interfaces to the product are important to us - you design logical and intuitively operable HMI structures and define the design language of concise user interfaces with a good graphic sense.
• You have a high technical understanding of the structure of products and are proficient in classic 3D modeling techniques in Rhino. This enables you to create 3D design data models that achieve the highest level of design quality and are suitable for data transfer.
• Ideally, you also have valid knowledge in Blender in the area of SubD modeling.
• Convincing images based on 3D design data are very important - you have the ability to create stunning renders using KeyShot or Blender.
• You enjoy interacting and communicating effectively in interdisciplinary, multicultural teams. As you represent us convincingly in customer meetings, your excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English are your big plus.
• One team - one goal. You are an excellent team player and mentor your colleagues, you inspire and lead project teams to outstanding and efficient results.
• You make a relevant contribution to the further development of the design culture and the development processes in our design studio, you like to bring in new ways of thinking, creative ideas and new ways of working.
