Hi everyone! You’ve noticed the changes that we did on the blog.

Lots of work has been put in to make the website better. It’s not finalized yet, so we welcome your feedback as we fine tune these changes.

Here is a list of what we did:

1 – New COURSES page!

It’s been a long time since we wanted to create this new page, so now is your time to learn and teach. Teachers can promote their courses and help others to grow in their skills. Obviously, I was not covering the entire spectrum of design skills with my sketching and creativity classes, so we now have a new page where you can find many teachers with high quality skills. These courses have been curated with the highest care to cut through the clutter and allow designers to make a real difference in their skills and career.

You’ll find the new COURSES page here with all the latest courses.

If you are a teacher, feel free to write to us at hel[email protected], and we’ll share your course on the blog.

2 – Faster Loading!

We implemented something called “Lazy-loading”. This allows the website to only load the content which you see on the screen. It is obviously faster than before, but still needs some refinement, like a loading icon, or improving the speed in Asia (our servers are in Europe).

How does it feel in your region? Faster than before?
If you have recommendations, let us know. We’re refining it now, so it’s the right moment to tell us what you think!

3 – New Sub-Banner

Under the banner, the new “mini job board” and “mini courses” will guide the way. I think we were all tired of seeing the same YouTube videos under the banner… which makes sense 🙂 . Since we now have the courses, it made more sense to promote them. Now this area has a clear purpose, and you can see, in the blink of an eye, the latest jobs and online courses.

4 – And the little rounded corners (almost gone…)

We also reduced the “rounded corners” on the buttons and some blocks along the wall. It’s a tiny detail, but they used to create confusion when combined with the square edges of the images along the wall. It’s just cleaner now > Better > Happier.

We need your feedback to make sure it works everywhere in the world.

So please let us know what you think, particularly with the new COURSES page and the new loading system, so we can make this as good as it should be. We added the “Facebook comments” area, which should appear below (sometimes it doesn’t….).

Otherwise, contact us by email at [email protected]

Every piece of feedback has a lot of value to us, so we’ll make sure to get back to everyone in time.

Cheers everyone and talk to you soon! Long live leManoosh!
