• Participation in design and prototyping projects for our customers with a wide range of challenges and volumes
• Coordination of HYVE competence areas in project planning and implementation
• Creation of design theory considerations and development of design strategies for our customers
• Conception and development of internal innovation projects
• Participation in ideation workshops with our customers as idea generator, micro-moderator and illustrator
• Customer care and acquisition of design and innovation projects

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a product or industrial designer or comparable qualification
• High creativity, strong sense of style, technical understanding, empathy and a feel for customer-oriented design
• Enjoyment in developing innovative solutions in the area of ​​tension between user / technology and interest in new technologies and trends
• Team-oriented and independent work, as well as the ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts and to visualize them (analog and digital)
• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe CS Suite and MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Driver's license
