The Mission

As part of the footwear industrial community, the footwear innovation team is looking for its new lead designer.

Based in Taiwan, in the vibrant city of Taichung, our team\'s mission is to identify, test and transform new processes and components to support sport teams in their quest for innovation.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for leading cutting-edge finished goods projects.

You will also have the role of inspiring the entire Decathlon footwear design community.

Your Profile

With a background in product design, you will have at least 5 years\' experience in footwear design.

Passionate about sports footwear, you dream of being part of the future of the market and the revolution in the footwear industry.

At ease with 2D and 3D tools, you are recognised for your mastery of the design profession.

You are curious, interested in manufacturing processes and most important of all, a great team player. 

Of course, you are fluent in English, chinese is a plus. 

Previous international experience is also a plus.
