The Opportunity

Solve with our Engineering team!

We’re looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with a background in 3D modelling, assembly, and manufacturing to join our enterprising team. Apply your understanding of component development to actualise designs and create CAD models for a range of projects, from motorcycles to next-gen electric mobility. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects and test your skills by encountering challenges which require highly creative solutions. Actualise designs and drive them to mass production in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

In this role you will…

  • Create components, assemblies, and systems for products using advanced CAD tools. Refine initial ideas and find optimised mechanical solutions.
  • Carry out simulations to accompany your designs – including FEA and Topological.
  • Collaborate with designers and other engineers to create design solutions based on product requirements.
  • Develop physical prototypes for testing and validation and assist in planning and executing testing procedures.
  • Optimise designs for peak performance, address uprising challenges, and stay on the pulse of CAD technology advancements.

We are looking for…

  • Extensive experience in CAD (including complex surface modelling and intricate assemblies) and preferably in PTC Creo too. An enthusiasm for updating your skillset using the latest tools and methodologies.
  • A strong interdisciplinary knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) knowledge.
  • Keen attention to detail and a precise working method. An analytical mindset and ability to break down issues, analyse components, and develop effective solutions.
  • Someone able to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions and novel designs.
  • Clear communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. An affinity for collaboration and understanding.
