We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will report directly to the Client Engagement Manager and will play a key role in the continuing growth of the company, with an opportunity to work with some of the world’s most exciting consumer, professional and healthcare brands. You will support key initiatives and campaigns to spread the word about Design Partners, identify and manage business opportunities with new and existing clients.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the wider team to develop new leads, manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for future development
  • Help identify and manage relevant events and conferences to grow brand presence
  • Update and manage internal CRM for project facts, activity and leads management
  • Assist in the implementation of the engagement strategy around key marketing initiatives / events
  • Engage and qualify inbound enquiries
  • Work closely with Research, Design, Engineering and Marketing teams internally to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations for new and existing clients
  • Adopt a consultative approach to build strong and sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You have:

  • 3+ years\' experience in a business development, project management or account management role
  • Sales experience and a proven track record of building relationships with clients
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, design, business, or a related field
  • Experience with Quote Writing Software (i.e. PandaDoc) and CRM Software (i.e. Pipedrive) not essential but preferred.
