Our target salary for this role ranges from 50.000 – 62.000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation of CMF strategy for ABB-E mobility portfolio and help in building and managing portfolio CMF palette

• Create and manage specific templates, guidelines, and limits for CMF and graphic specifications to ensure consistent and smooth implementation across portfolio

• Create CMF concepts in rendering format accompanied by CMF samples

• Own and manage all CMF deliverables for multiple charging products

• Collaborate with cross functional partners and vendors to shape and deliver category defining products

• Build and manage a CMF archive

Your background

• Educational Background: You hold a degree in Industrial Design or have equivalent experience.

• Professional Experience: You bring over 5 years of experience working on complex products, such as automotive, consumer electronics, technical furniture, or similar. Experience working in-house is an added advantage.

• Project Leadership: You have successfully led multiple concurrent CMF (Color, Material, Finish) projects and have a track record of delivering complex products.

• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional partners.

• Design Passion: With hands-on design skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude, you are dedicated to creating products that are both beautiful and easy to use. You are a creative optimist, deeply passionate about design as both a practice and a perspective.

• Technical Expertise: You excel in exploring and refining ideas through 3D visualization tools like Keyshot rendering. You also have a strong understanding of material chemistry, properties, and the manufacturing and testing processes related to CMF.

• Communication Skills: You possess strong storytelling and communication abilities, including visual, verbal, and written skills.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills complete your profile.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Italian would be a wonderful bonus.
