Copywriting is all about balance. Confidence and humility. Creativity and strategy. Imagination and realism. Our close-knit team is looking for a motivated individual who recognises this balance and has a strong passion for growth and learning – as well as a knack for putting words on the page.

No previous experience is necessary. What matters most is your love for words, your knack for communication, and your mastery of the English and German language. As part of our close-knit team, you’ll collaborate with seasoned copywriters to tackle client challenges head-on. Whether it’s crafting convention-defying campaigns or coining attention-grabbing brand names, your creative flair will be a springboard for your exciting career in copywriting.

In this role you will…

• Learn the intricacies of agency life and work alongside people from all areas of the globe.
• Create exciting content and develop innovative ideas. Then, see them released into the real world!
• Collaborate actively in brainstorms and provide new perspectives in the ideation process.
• Develop your writing skills, from headlines to brand naming to long copy.
• Assist with translations.
• Conduct in-depth research on a topic, formulate your ideas, and share with the wider team.

We are looking for…

• Someone with a high interest in – and motivation for – the creative world of copywriting.
• A wild imagination and inventive train of thought. Able to work alongside others to generate robust ideas.
• Someone passionate about writing, reading, and communication.
• Team spirit! Able to take collective responsibility for outcomes instead of rigidly sticking to your own opinion.
• A strong willingness to learn, with the confidence to champion your ideas and maturity to take on constructive feedback.
• Fluency in English. German would be a bonus!
