Our target salary for this role ranges from 50.000 – 62.000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits.

Your responsibilities

• Lead design on product programs from sketch to shipping

• Contribute to various design initiatives such as design language exploration

• Collaborate with cross functional partners to shape category-defining products through exceptional HW user experience

Your background

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in industrial design or equivalent experience.

• Professional Experience: You have over 5 years of experience in designing complex products, such as automotive, consumer electronics, technical furniture, or similar items. Experience working in-house is an added advantage.

• Leadership and Project Management: You have a proven track record of leading design projects and successfully bringing complex products to market.

• Collaborative Nature: You are comfortable and experienced in working alongside cross-functional teams, thriving in a collaborative environment.

• Design Passion: With a hands-on approach and a problem-solving attitude, you are dedicated to creating products that are not only beautiful but also intuitive to use. Your creative optimism and deep passion for design, both as a practice and a perspective, are evident in your work.

• Creative Skills: You excel at exploring and refining ideas through hand sketching, 2D and 3D visualization, and 3D CAD modeling. You also have a solid understanding of human factors and experience in physical prototyping.

• Communication and Storytelling: You have strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal, as well as written.

• Personal Attributes: Excellent time management and prioritization skills round out your profile.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Italian would be a lovely bonus.
