About the role

Your expertise lies primarily within User Experience and Service Design with a customer-led approach to Digital Products and Experience Design. You will be working alongside a versatile group of stakeholders within a non-hierarchical business structure, including Investors, Entrepreneurs, Business Developers, Creative Directors and Innovation Consultants in a highly collaborative environment – there are no egos here!
What you’ll bring
You will own the Customer Journey, working across the entire User Experience spectrum end-to-end, from researching the full Customer Experience, Insights and Strategy through to designing a customer journey and implementation. This will include working to Service and User Experience Design methodologies, defining and creating user journey maps, visualizing concepts and wireframes, facilitating prototype production and managing product testing and building.
Your process is grounded in design thinking and you have a people-centric approach to Digital Services and Customer Experiences. You are an expert in your field and confident in commanding and communicating your design process.

Desired Skills and Experience
- You are an expert in UX and Customer Journey Design
- You can implement your own design methodologies
- Commands a design-centric approach to problem solving
- Strong visualisation and communication skills
- Can engage with stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Able to work on the entire User Experience Design process from research and journey mapping through to concept wire framing, prototyping and overseeing implementation
- Confident in briefing and managing tech developers on a product build
- Agency experience preferred, but not essential
