Watch your ideas come to life as you work with a multi-disciplinary team to create cutting-edge, brand-driven footwear, and other performance products. You’ll dive into the centre of KISKA’s creative universe to contribute on a range of projects for different brands and products. In this role, you’ll work hard, but also learn and laugh a lot. You’ll also collaborate with pros from across the studio, like brand and research experts, product management consultants, interaction designers, prototype experts, engineers and more.

Tasks

• Use your industry knowledge to create products that combine functionality, style, and technology, all while making the brand promise come true. Understand, analyse, and challenge briefs with your creative and technical judgement.
• Work on footwear design projects for different international brands, Also take part in other sportswear apparel and gear projects.
• Work on the entire creation process. From ideation and concept presentation, to sketching and production tech packs, to sample reviews and final sign-off.
• Identify innovation potential in a given context.
• Work with an integrated team specialising in design, development, and strategy. Collaborate with project managers to organise resources, as well as fulfill milestones and deadlines.

Skills

• Background in the field of footwear design and/or product design.
• Deep knowledge of materials, production processes, and development in the context of the sports and performance segments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Happy working in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
• Passion for innovation, sports, people, and problem-solving through design.
