The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our multidisciplinary design- and engineering team in Stockholm. With a backbone in user experience, we combine design and engineering together from day one in order to build the best experiences. Owning the physical and digital touch points, we now seek to challenge the way we can support our clients’ business through strategic design and product development.

Working side by side together with our management team, the Business Developer will provide new clients and business opportunities on a global market for both our Stockholm and Malmö studios. The Business Developer will be working close together with and across our teams of specialists and managers in identifying and translating clients’ need into value propositions that creates new business opportunities through the use of design and engineering.

You have

Minimum +6 years of professional sales experience from the creative industry
A deep understanding of physical and digital design experiences and passion in the design process from research and insights to concepts, prototypes to final design
A deep understanding of the relationship between business development, management and business strategy and design thinking
An interest in UX, digital design, product design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, the service design process and methods, brand identity and branding
Experience in direct communication, both for an internal and a external audiences

We want you to

Prospect and qualify leads and to initiate contacts
Understand the need and drivers for the clients
Develop and detail business proposals based on our services including both design and engineering
Follow up and nurture current client relationships
Build and visualize sales pipeline to the management team
Develop new business opportunities outside of our current offering
Develop sales material and sales processes to accelerate results
