We are looking for a Junior Designer who is eager to work across a broad range of media, from advertising and direct marketing through to digital. We are looking for someone who has a passion for engaging people through beautifully-crafted design and can deliver inspiring work that not only elevates brand guidelines, but contributes to award-winning work. You’ll work alongside a team of fellow designers with a range of skillsets from typography to motion, and report into a senior/lead designer. You should be a highly collaborative person, keen to work with your fellow teammates in design, project management, client services and creative teams. When faced with a challenge, you do so with a proactive “can-do” attitude. You will be working in fast-paced agency environment, so you will need to be comfortable with meeting tight client deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working across an array of high-profile clients on a wide variety of design projects
  • Working as part of a team in conjunction with other designers, project managers, account directors, creative directors and experience designers
  • Creating work that inspires and wins awards
  • Making the case for what you believe in, always advocating for people.
  • Getting involved in workshops and presentations, developing relationships and working towards good outcomes
  • Continually learning about design and technology, helping colleagues improve their design practice.
  • Staying positive, modelling progressive ways of working with all areas of the business – facilitating an environment to deliver quality at pace
  • Being stubbornly curious, asking questions that help you to continually learn and grow

Who We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual ideas and strong design skills
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite. A bonus are programmes like Sketch and Figma
  • Knowledge of design processes, methodologies, accessibility standards and best practice
  • Someone who can work under pressure and keep their cool when deadlines change
  • Experience working in an agency environment is beneficial, but not a requirement.
  • Someone who can work autonomously, when needed, as well as in a team
  • A curious mindset and the hunger to learn
  • A detail oriented person who is passionate about design as a craft
  • A proactive attitude towards finding solutions
  • Someone who takes pride in seeing their work through to completion

What We Can Offer You
