Innovate Design is an award-winning product design studio based in the centre of Salisbury, UK. Our team of 20 designers includes product designers, electronics engineers, fabric product designers, graphic designers, and app developers. We also have a team of 5 researchers and a patent lawyer.

We help startups and SMEs to develop consumer products from idea to successful launch. The majority of our clients are based in the UK, but we have a large number in Europe and some in the US.

Innovate has seen steady growth in 2023 and we are currently hiring a Junior Product Designer to work on-site in the Salisbury studio with the possibility to switch to hybrid work in future. The role is ideally suited to a recent graduate who wants to discover their potential and learn a wide range of skills fast. Supported by the Product Design Lead and Head of Design, you will work directly with clients to develop their designs and learn techniques to deliver amazing work, fast.

The salary is £20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.

Most of our team live in Salisbury or commute from Bournemouth and there is a great social side with summer BBQs, pub quizzes, yoga and our 5-a-side football team.
