Opportunity

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join us creating products & services for the world’s most exciting brands. UX is a strategic growth area for Design Partners, therefore suitable applicants will be keen to work in a growing team with lots of opportunity. You will bring our clients closer to their users and craft experiences that are delightful and meaningful.

This is a full-time, hybrid role. Our offices are in Bray, just south of Dublin.

You will:

  • Participate in research and mine for insight to inspire solutions
  • Create interactive prototypes
  • Participate in design thinking & UX workshops
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects
  • Create & deliver high-quality UI (digital) interaction designs
  • Be eager to work on a variety of different projects for healthcare, professional and consumer products.
  • Be continually curious about the world and always looking to hone your creative, technical and communication skills
  • Be keen to use your UX mindset on all sorts of interactions – not just screens.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX design or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience (ideally in consultancy but not essential)
  • Portfolio that clearly illustrates your UX/UI design process
  • Based in Ireland


Your skillset:

  • Show ability to iterate through possible solutions to interaction problems
  • Demonstrated ability building wireframes and prototypes
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Demonstrated capability with design thinking methods
  • Familiarity with working on UX research programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate and convince others of your ideas
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • A motivated self-starter

Bonus skills (not necessary, but advantageous to have):

  • Skilled at Animation (2D or 3D)
  • Familiar with Agile
  • Experience with Service Design programs
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
