REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
• Must have 5+ years of recent and very relevant industrial design experience.
• Ability to bring bold, new ideas to the table that can help shape the tone of projects.
• Ability to lead small programs and direct junior designers.
• Strong outward communication skills with clients & vendors.
• Excellence in relevant digital tools – Adobe CC, Solidworks, Keyshot, MSFT office
• Excellent CMF & design details.
• Excellent hand sketching and form development skills.
• Great problem solving and internal team communication skills.
• High quality model making & rough prototyping skills.  
• Proficiency in crafting presentations with compelling storytelling and creating written documents with skill and efficacy for client’s needs.  
• Demonstrate strong mechanical understanding and ability to interact with internal and external engineering teams.
• Convey a personal commitment to hard work and effective time management.
• Must have portfolio that showcases a thoughtful creative process, excellent form control, and storytelling (sketches and models).
