We are looking for a best in class Creative Director or Executive Creative Director who is an exceptional and ambitious designers ready to push us (and themselves) to new heights. We are looking for someone proven in both leadership and design skills. We are looking for someone who has worked in an an agency environment, someone who has experience in working across a variety of sectors. We are looking for someone with exceptional client facing and presenting skills.
You and Native
At Native, you will work closely with our world-class team of Industrial Designers, Experience designers, Visual Designers, Researchers, Strategists, Technologists and Engineers; involving yourself in projects from start to finish. As Creative Director or Executive Creative Director at Native you will be responsible for leading multiple projects, for the creation, development, refinement, and documentation of innovative and compelling industrial design solutions that are in line with the design objectives and goals of Native, while understanding and achieving the needs of the client on each specific project. You will become involved in all stages of a project, including research, concept development and preparation and delivery of client presentations, both at Native’s own premises and, when necessary, travelling to client or other locations.
Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage multiple client projects
- lead multi disciplinary teams
- Deliver design work of exceptional quality on-time
- Hold board-level client meetings, presentations and workshops
- Client liaison and business development
- Manage collaborative projects with related agencies
- Engage in growing the Native ID design team
- Mentor and developing the ID team
- Build the Native brand
