Product Design Intern at 3form Design

The Opportunity

3fD is on the hunt for an exceptional person to join our multi-disciplinary product development team. We are looking for someone that has the right mix of skills to thrive in our dynamic, state of the art studio. You will work as a full team member collaborating and creating content for our diverse client list.

We are looking for undergraduates studying a Product Design (or related) degree to join us for a 12 month placement starting July-August 2018 with a week or so of change over to soften the learning curve.

What you can expect:

A friendly atmosphere in which to develop new skills, as well as refine current ones. You’ll be given the freedom to contribute to design tasks and hot beverage making with equal importance. If you like getting stuck in, obsessing about detailed design, whilst looking after cutting edge clients then we look forward to getting to know you.

What we expect:

Our business is fuelled by innovation on many different scales, therefore we’re looking for someone that is forward thinking, adaptable, and keen. The successful applicant will possess the ability to visualise and generate 3D CAD data, have knowledge of the Adobe suite, and be a good communicator (verbally, presentations & sketching). They will also be someone that can manage their own time efficiently whilst fitting into a fast-paced environment.

If you’ve got the right stuff, your portfolio is intriguing and we think you’re our cup of tea then we’ll invite you in for a chat. We’re not a fan of formal interviews so we’ll likely give you a tour of our awesome building, and get to know you. If you’d like to join our ragtag army of clever people then email us!
