Project Manager- Communication at

The Opportunity

As a key member of the communication team, you’ll be central to project organisation. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our international team of designers, creatives, directors, and clients. With your excellent organisational skills, you’ll coordinate projects and ensure their success in terms of time, cost, and scope. Actively onboard and manage all stakeholders – making sure your client’s expectations are met.


  • Act as the communication hub between our account managers, lead designers, creative teams, and varied clients.
  • Independently plan, organise, and control projects. Create proposals and timelines, monitor budgets, and coordinate creative resources.
  •  Prioritise (and reprioritise!) individual projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines. Improvise spontaneous solutions and prep the way for smooth project flow – with the goal of client satisfaction.
  • Moderate internal and external meetings. Lead joint decision-making processes. Manage the preparation and follow-up, bringing attention to potential conflicts and contradictions.


  • Professional experience in project management – preferably in communications, graphic design, marketing, or web development.
  • Advanced organisational skills and self-starter mentality.
  • Someone with an accurate and detail-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused work ethic.
