We’re looking for a Project Manager for our SPM team!

We’re building a team that brings visions of personal two-wheel transportation from paper to reality. And we’re seeking a motivated person to help us push for future projects. In this role, you’d bring your project management skills and your understanding of powered two-wheelers to assist our team in creating (and executing!) winning brand and product strategies.

In this role you will…

• Drive and maintain the momentum within a project, from individual tasks to full overviews.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. You’re the communication hub!
• Identify potential challenges and obstacles and proactively develop solutions.
• Run internal meetings and external client meetings. Ensure objectives are clear and guide participants through relevant topics and summarise outcomes.
• Create and manage budgets, resources, timelines, and project tracking.
• Support client acquisition by creating project proposals.

We are looking for…

• Experience of project management skills in a professional setting.
• A strong understanding of project management principles – e.g. briefing documentation, work breakdown structures, communication plans, etc.
• A passion for powered two-wheelers (motorcycles, scooters, bicycles).
• Powerful communication skills, with an ability to convey complex issues concisely and accurately to international stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. A resourceful and positive mindset with a knack for creative problem solving.
• Fluency in English and German.
