We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join us creating products & services for the world’s most exciting brands. UX is a strategic growth area for Design Partners, therefore suitable applicants will be keen to work in a growing team with lots of opportunity. You will bring our clients closer to their users and craft experiences that are delightful and meaningful.
This is a full-time, hybrid role. Our offices are in Bray, just south of Dublin.
Participate in research and mine for insight to inspire solutions
Create prototypes and run user testing
Plan and facilitate design thinking & UX workshops
Think strategically and guide our clients with compelling solutions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects
Craft & deliver high quality UI interaction designs
Be eager to work on a variety of different projects for healthcare, professional and consumer products.
Be continually curious about the world and always looking to hone your creative, technical and communication skills
Be keen to use your UX mindset on all sorts of interactions – not just screens.
Bachelor’s degree in UX design or equivalent
Minimum 5 years professional experience (ideally in consultancy but not essential)
Remarkable portfolio that clearly illustrates your UX/UI design process
Fluent and confident at wireframing and creating user flows
Strong visual design skills
Experienced at planning and executing user research (qualitative & quantitative)
Confident at planning and facilitating UX/Design thinking workshops
Skilled at interpreting research material with a strategic mindset
Experienced at leading projects and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good ability to articulate and convince others of your ideas and strategies
Pays close attention to detail
Comfortable coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
A motivated self-starter happy to work autonomously when needed.
