The Opportunity

We launched Sensis in 2013 with a simple idea, changing the way people collect, interact and consume wine for good. We spent a year to set up and introduce a line of three products that are minimal, reliable as useful. We imagine and build every wine experiences, as best as unique, paying a meticulous study on the Wow and the details. We brought innovative wine storage solutions on different scales and ambitions, from free standing units, to custom made cabinet and wine cellars.We are situated in the hearth of the fast paced city which is Hong Kong Island, North point. We’ve refurbished and built ourself a wide eclectic place in a old industrial building, that reflects who we are, a group of young creatives that like art, collectibles, games, music, cuisine, wine and spirits.Looking for You, game changer, that dare to explore the world, to sometimes try and fail, you seek to learn and improve on things, you like to share around something you have found. We are building a world-class team of design driven, passionate key members that want to deliver the best to our customer audience.You will working closely with our Creative Director, architecting the company along with Designers, Sales & Marketing, Business and executive team. You will have the opportunity to start things from ground zero, pushing the company at its best, looking and communicating to the world, on a common language. Brand advocate, get great and direct feedbacks of your work by the people that will use it daily. You will be playing on different sides, from internal branding and development, business innovation process and ideation, advertisement and visual communication, retail and customer experience to finally hand on some client projects.

- Create and turn beautiful and meaningful visual experiments into what reflect the Sensis’s brand language.
- Design (and eventually help build) marketing and brand advertisement campaigns and materials.
- Define and maintain a brand style guide.
- Contribute to creative ideation around brand vision and voice.
- Ideate and shape thematic brand campaign through seasons. (Show display, ads, happening, events…).
- Handle Sensis’s event branding and materials.
- Stay up-to-date on latest trends in the Visual design culture with some interest in the Art scene, Architecture and fashion industry, Pop culture.
- Produce imagery and illustrations for online editorial platform, enlighten stories and facts.
- Run Social media visual campaign and ideas.
- Build strong, supportive and constructive relationships across the team, encourage camaraderie.
- Inspire and manage visual design junior and interns positions.
- Drink and appreciate Grand Cru classe more often

Required Skills
- 1 - 2 years of experience working as a designer.
- Fluency in English. French, Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
- Degree in Design BA / BS
- You're passionate about design, typography, especially the visual language, and see huge opportunities in the space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign also on speed with purpose demonstration abilities, Sketch-app is a plus.
- A problem solving philosophy
- Ability to work quickly on a lot of different projects simultaneously
- Possess a strong taste and aesthetic point of view, with the ability to build upon an existing brand's look, feel and personality
- Empathy for the customer to give them the best brand experiences, at any touch points.
- Good time management and estimation, ability to process and organize information.
- Sense of humor. We like to have fun.
