Grand Studio Ltd. is a design studio based in Zurich. We are a team of 15+ graphic, apparel, and product designers and are specialized in a wide variety of products within the realm of sports apparel, as well as street fashion and graphic design.
We are looking for a highly talented individual, comfortable with designing across a broad range of technical apparel and accessories. The designer must have an in-depth knowledge of the products, as well as a passion for sports, as personal experience is a major contributor to the design process.
The designer must be able to visualize his/her ideas with hand-drawn sketches, to enhance and solidify designs digitally, and to supply finished production packs.

ability to conceive, visualize, and communicate new trends (including trend relevance analysis)
ability to design coherent collections with a team, including innovation in fabrics, trims, color, graphics, silhouettes, and features
ability to follow prototype development and to communicate with the customer
In order to qualify for this job, you must have:
a degree in fashion or product design
2+ years experience designing technical products and/or outerwear
fluency in English (both written and spoken), German and French advantageous
fluency in Mac platform, as well as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Excel
current and historical knowledge of endemic industry and market trends, as well as target consumers
flexibility for market travel
ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment
excellent time management skills
must be extremely flexible and have the ability to design across a broad range of product styles and aesthetics
