Job Description

Trek Bicycle is searching for an experienced and talented designer to join the Brand Creative Team. As a member of the team, you will get the opportunity to create visual content that brings our brand and product stories to life from concept to completion in a wide range of applications.

Trek has many design touchpoints, including print, digital, and retail. We’re looking for someone who has experience with more than one deliverable, and who’s willing to take on the challenge of designing for wherever a customer might meet out brand.


Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of design experience
  • a strong portfolio reflecting a wide range of work and creative critical thinking across multiple campaign deliverables
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to drive creative discussions, but also the ability to listen to feedback and implement creative solutions accordingly
  • a marketing mindset- this is a design role but the ability to think critically and design with the full customer visual experience and messaging is a must.
  • a good eye for photography
  • mastery in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with Figma or other digital design tools a plus
  • are you someone who also brings digital design and motion graphics to the skills game? 10 bonus points for you!
  • be an awesome human. No egos allowed. You will be doing projects large and small, but they all move the meter and make our brand better
  • Online portfolios should be submitted along with resumé.
